Meditation for Adults on Swampscott Town Hall Lawn with Michelle Simons

Step 1 of 2

Description of Program

Meditation can help you find peace and balance, while also improving your overall wellness. Please join Michelle for guided meditations using Sahaja Yoga to achieve a state of meditation known as thoughtless awareness, where you can experience and enjoy the present moment without any distractions from the past or future. The Swampscott Health Department has contracted with Michelle Simons to offer this free program to Swampscott residents! For over 10 years, Michelle has embraced a meditation practice called Sahaja Yoga. Through this practice, she fosters a supportive community, both mentoring and being mentored by others in their spiritual growth.
