Make your voice heard!
The Town of Swampscott is calling on residents to take part in an open and engaging discussion at the upcoming Swampscott Community Jam on April 7 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swampscott Public Library. This community listening session, hosted in partnership with ReadySet, aims to foster dialogue on culture, inclusion, and ways to enhance the experience of living in Swampscott.
Organizers encourage all residents to participate and share their perspectives on issues that matter most to them. The session will serve as a platform for individuals to voice their thoughts, concerns, and ideas to help shape the town’s future initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
ReadySet, a consulting firm specializing in racial equity and inclusion strategies, will facilitate the discussion, providing insights and guiding the conversation to ensure all voices are heard. All opinions shared will be a part of a larger report created by ReadySet for the Town to recommend future changes and improvements. ReadySet works to ensure personal confidentiality when collecting this feedback and will redact any personal information in findings and recommendations shared back in its report.
Residents interested in attending can register by clicking the button below. For further inquiries, individuals can contact Jesse at jesse@thereadyset.co.
Don’t miss this chance to make a difference and help shape the future of Swampscott through collective dialogue and shared experiences.
