Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Swampscott Public Library, the Swampscott Public Library has museum passes available to borrow. We encourage you to reserve your pass at least several days in advance. If you wish to reserve passes for a holiday or school vacation week, please plan ahead and reserve early.
Patrons are also welcome to reserve passes by calling the Library Main Desk at 781-596-8867 x 3300.

Pass must be picked up at the Swampscott Public Library and then redeemed at The Harvard Museum of Natural History or the Peabody admission desk. Includes access to all four HMSC museums: Harvard Museum of Natural History, Peabody Museum of Archaeology & Ethnology, Harvard Museum of the Ancient Near East, Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments.

This pass will admit up to 4 people at a 50% discount on tickets to the Museum’s Exhibit Halls. Children under 3 are not included in the count of 4 and are always admitted for free. Your pass can only be used on the date printed on the pass. Please bring your library pass confirmation when you visit. Stop at the Box Office when you arrive at the Museum to exchange your library pass and purchase your Exhibit Halls passes at the discounted rate. If you are not able to show your Library confirmation on a phone, please request a paper copy of your confirmation at the library.

Provides free parking for one vehicle (not including buses) for most state parks. See their website for details. Passes are only available for Saturdays and Sundays. Reserve your Library Pass, then come to the library to pick it up.
