On-call volunteers info
On-call volunteers are year-round helpers that work on a variety of projects. Below are some examples of what you can expect to work on, with the chance of more opportunities being added as needed. 6th-12th grade. Previous volunteer experience with the library required.
Children’s programs
Helping with the set-up, execution, and/or clean-up of different children’s programs. This can include: story-times, crafting programs, active play programs, and more.
General programs
Helping with the set-up, execution, and/or clean-up of general/all-age programs. For example: patron appreciation day, summer reading kick-off, winter reading program prep, and more
Materials Help
Helping with the various tasks needed to maintain different library materials. This includes: re-labeling items in the collection, cleaning books/toys, assisting with organization projects, and more.
